Ceilidh is a great way to get people up and dancing.
What is a ceilidh? Pronounced Kay-lee is a Gaelic word meaning party or gathering, usually with folk music, dancing, and storytelling, very similar to an American barn dance. Now they are more often associated with parties, celebrations, and having a great time with friends and families.
Our tunes, songs, and dances are guaranteed to get your feet tapping and you’ll be encouraged to get involved in the dances with our very own caller who’ll guide you through them. Above all, we have fun and make sure you do too.
We are based in West Cornwall. Scarily we have over 100 years experience of playing music between us. We love playing our own upbeat Celtic folk music that takes its inspiration from all the different parts of the UK.
